Ways to earn money from your Photoshop skills

May you be a Graphic Designer, Illustrator, or Photoshop Artist, at some point in your life you will realize that you need money to run your boring a$$ life.

Don't worry you can make use of your skills to earn some cash in the comfort zone of your living room.

The list given below shows some detailed info:

1) By unused projects

Not everything you make will be accepted by your clients and you may not upload to Instagram as well if it's not up to the mark and that's a fact. Well you can upload your art to GLStock and ThemeForest. It will help you get credits and followers which you can direct to your Social Media account and also earn some revenue by selling your leftover designs on such websites.

You can also be a full-time seller on these websites once you gain experience.

2) Share your Fu*king knowledge

Yep, you heard it right, you can earn from sharing your skills with other people who wanna learn.

Lemme list some famous websites where you can teach your skills to noobies:

a) SkillShare- Skillshare is the most abundantly used platform for teaching and learning creative stuff, you can surely check it out and in my opinion it's highly recommended.

b)Udemy- Udemy is another teaching platform at par with SkillShare and provides you a similar experience.

c) Teachable, WizIQ, Ruzuku are also the websites that you can check out, they offer eLearning as the above mentioned.

3) Consulting-

If you are a bit experienced in your niche then try spreading your experience with other noobies of your niche. Consultants are what I like to call "Experienced Beings" who help other people by giving them exposure to a creative career. Consulting not only works with your designing niche but also other fields like marketing, startups, etc.

To be a trustworthy consultant you need to gain experience first and showcase it to your LinkedIn or SocialMedia to get people to notice.

4) Charge your worth-

You have worked with clients and had taken up some projects but are you earning enough from it?

Don't be afraid to ask for revenue that you are worth.

Lemme give you some insights about designing, an average graphic designer earns revenue of 5$ per hour. It is for an average designer, it means if you have greater potential you are worth more.

5) Give Away Free Stuff-

You might be thinking how the heck can I earn if I'm providing stuff for free, but lemme tell you a secret to marketing this whole thing revolves around trust and that strengthens when you have great bonds with your followers. Eventually your followers will end up buying your premium stuff if they like your content.

The free stuff for a designer/means that you can provide free Photoshop PSD files or your RAW designs which can help other artists to learn from you.

6) Make use of LinkedIn -

You might not know but LinkedIn is an amazing platform for creatives too and you can also work your way there.

By making gigs/posts on LinkedIn will let other people know that you are available for hire and you have amazing potential to create designs for them.

Believe me when I say LinkedIn is a powerful platform where companies can hire you especially the ones which are in your locality. Most companies look for creatives who live in nearby places and the biggest benefit you'll have is by putting your locality in your LinkedIn profile.

7) Invest in some Tools-

Suppose you are working for a client and you have your dumb a$$ laptop/pc with you with a single core 1gh processor which takes 3 light-years to render a PSD file. In that period your whole generation will pass and your client will die off waiting for the work to be done.

To do a fast render you need a better performing pc/laptop. if you can invest more then I would suggest you buy a pen tablet, a pen tablet is a must if you work with Photoshop, Illustrator as it helps you with precise structuring.
